6.1 Judicial review on the constitutionality of the actions from the branches of Executive Legislative and Curatorial
6.2 Judge and provide verdicts and if needed punishment in Court Cases involving the breaking of law.
This is a good amendment, however, I see no reason to add a third method to remove a tribune. Especially when this method could let the tribunal tear itself apart.
New assemblymember, SidervidaII is now notified of the recent happenings of the Assembly.
I agree with the Second Speaker in regards to amending methods of removing Tribunes. I would suggest striking all amendments to Section 5. Changes to Section 1 and addition of Section 6 all seem logical and necessary.
I made this amendment to be a opening for the assembly to take a second swing at amending article J. I just made a few suggestions to get the ball rolling.
I'm kind of obligated to put them through the process anyways because they were seconded. However, I'm sure Krovx would accept your request if you were to ask him to 'unsecond' the other amendment (The one which hasn't yet entered debate) in your post.
I see. They are generally good suggestions in my opinion that I think would be beneficial to the law. Perhaps a general topic of debate could be more fitting instead of a full legislative process would be fitting so the Assembly can explore this topic.
It wasn't my intention. This can be done during the debate if there were any problems with the amendment or people had suggestions for it.
As a response to Feedback, I have removed all amendments to section 5(at the time it looked good in my head). In addition, I made a minor Grammar adjustment to section 6.1.
